Nothing says good taste quite like jewelry that looks savory enough to eat.
Monica Roberti, a New York artist who crafts miniature fake food accessories, gifted a pair of her handmade earrings to Olivia Wilde—and the actress was over the moon about them.
Wilde took to Instagram to show off a photo of the adorable earrings (which you can buy for yourself here.) At first she captioned, “No idea who sent this to me but I want you to know I feel seen.” Once she learned they were from Roberti, she added, “UPDATE: they’re from @mylittlelunchbox. Thank you!”
Roberti hand sculpts the creations with high-quality polymer clay. On her website, A Little Awesome, she further explains: “Each piece is detailed with items such as sandpaper, needles, or a bristle brush. Close attention to detail gives my pieces the final touch and then off to the oven they go! After they are baked and cooled I often apply a glaze for extra protection and effect.”
The self-taught artist posted on Instagram the step-by-step process of making the pizza earrings that were later sent to Wilde.
